I'm a dedicated TriYoga® Teacher and Junior Level Teacher Trainer. I pursue my yoga path in the tradition of Kali Ray TriYoga® since age 23. Grown in a musical family in Switzerland, my passion for dance meets spiritual alignment in my daily yoga practice.

I share TriYoga® in my studio which is part of TriYoga® Center Appenzell and in different parts of Switzerland. "TriYoga® is the instrument I’m led to serve humanity."
