TriYoga fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. With the systematic approach, students can remain with Basics or progress to subsequent levels. Within each level, students increase their knowledge of posture and flow, as well as strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize and the inner flow naturally emerges.
To become a TriYoga® teacher, one enrolls in a TriYoga® internship program. Enrollment is by level and includes the teaching manual for that level. To attain the depth of knowledge necessary to present the teachings with integrity, attending classes, workshops and teacher training intensives are required. Guidance is provided so that progress is systematic. TriYoga® sequences have been systematized into a comprehensive method with a systematic approach by different levels of intensity. The certification handbook gives detailed information about the teacher trainings.
